http://www.linn.co.uk/files/eaccc978/Linn%20Klimax.pdf It matches the price of the Lab5. 9600 british pound. You get a 1000$ Sonus player with remot so the b&O solution is right in the middle. I do not know where typical price points are for B&O customers, but for me 5K is something I am comfortable with. If I lke form and function, I save up

My dealer said they would release software for the customer towards the end of the year. Thing is, even if they do we will see some not beeing happy since it mostlikely won't run on a mac. JK

Based on what we know, you get a 2 way remote so there is no need to leave the screen on. You also get the ability to listen to your music in link rooms and you can take the remote with your. Apple TV in the US is nothing more then an outlet for Itunes, the content that is available for purchase overshadows your own. Ths is much different then what

I found 300 good as well. Something a bit outside the normal. I liked "The Life of others", a movie about the state police (stasi) in eastern germany. Very nicely done, a bit older. it has english subtitles but I believe it might have english language as well on the disk. Eastern Promises was also very much worth watching even though it is

Lets see what they come up with. There was a little buzz when Apple introduced the shuffle, the smart little content function it had. For the Apple TV, this works very well in the US. However Apple was not yet very successful rolling this out into other countries. I checked earlier today the German Apple TV, that is widely different from what I have

The question is where the train is going. To ignore digital media would be very risky if you look at a 10 year horizon. While some feel records sound better then CDs how hard is it today to be without CD player. Few years from now the same may happen with the CD. If they don't offer digital media solutions they may just disappear. It is interesting

>> ssentially it will offer contextualized access to your music collection and this will develop as more and more "metadata" is collected for access.<< I do not know how this would pan out legally, but take this a bit further. You could share your library with others via some sort of a bit torrent model, where no local data is

I am pretty sure they have something in the back. Keep in mind that they run a dedicated group around digital media. If they come up at this point with a B&O version of Sonos.com that could not be justified. So my expectation is, we get what Sonus has, working with link rooms plus an unknown component. Remember when they introduced the BS3200? No

I use Itunes AAC at 192. I gave up on the line out on my macs, both powerbook and imac sound horrible with my beolab 2 and 3. It's OK though through Airport Express. The 192 was a compromise for casual listening so that I could fit enough tunes on my Ipod. If I would restart today, I would probably use a higher rate. What sort of music are you listening
