There is no benefit in using ML in your situation. Simply use a MK2 powerlink cable.

No kit is required! Simply plug the flying lead from the 3300 deck into the Phono socket on the 9000.

This type of fault usually turns out to be a cable fault. Suggest you swap the speaker identification. ie Switch the left one to R and the right one to L What happens now? edit check as KingofSnake post first!

The 2200 power supply is so old it is most unlikely to fit either electrically or physically. Don't even bother to look. Since we do not have the service manual on site, it is impossible to be sure. I would guess either simply move a jumper as in the Ouverture series of audio units or more likely your service agent will need to purchase a replacement

There is an adjustment for the "droop" or paralelism of the carriage. I suggest you upgrade your membership to silver and download the service manual which has details of this adjustment. Your local dealer could also arrange for this adjustment at minimal cost.
