I would recommend BeoLab 3s instead of the 8000s. The 7-4 and BL8000s don't match each other acoustically due to the Acoustic Lenses and other technologies. This will sound 'wrong', the 7-4 will seem to stick out in the sound. I'd recommend BeoLab 3s as the acoustic lenses seem to significantly change the high frequencies. Good move waiting for the

There shouldn't really be any hassle RE ripping CDs if you access your iTunes account over a network, and use a more convenient computer for ripping CDs than your MacMini (which I assume is pretty tied in to the BeoVision).

I don't think that's a B&O accessory - and as far as I'm aware B&O don't make their own. Not that difficult to make though, you can get a Beo4 wall bracket which could work on a table with a little modification...

Internally they couldn't be more different. The chassis on the BeoCenter 6 is completely different to the BeoVision 6. The picture processing is completely revised, and this plus the new panel in the BeoCenter 6 produces a stunningly good picture - quite a step up from the BeoVision 6.
