Hmmm.......... This debate begs the question "when will the first magnolia range of B&O products be released?". Now that's a colour that will fit anywhere Chris.

Thinking about this Craig, if there is a differnce of 5mm then it means it is only off level by 2.5mm on the "bent" side so I can imagine it would be possible that the stand has become bent to that degree. If it had a wider MS5500 sat on it then someone leaning on one side of it could well have managed to do this. Chris.

Well it has certainly stirred up some emotions. For the record I wouldn't for one minute criticise someone elses taste but I personally don't like this colour scheme one bit when applied to B&O products - except the BS1 as aforementioned. Chris.

Probably around £100 but having said that I sold one recently on ebay for £180 but it was mint. Chris.
I can see a whole lot of these being installed on Caribbean cruise ships, right next to the mahogany furniture.
Me too - to be watched by mahogany people
Has anyone who has owned an MS5000 motorized stand. Had one that was not quite straight. Just set an MX5500 up on mine an it slopes to the left hand side. Checked it was sittitng on the plate correctly, which it was. Removed the plate from the stand, and checked that. No problems there. In the end I measured two points

Sad to say that Graham is right Lovely TV's but not really worth spending money on as you can easily buy a much better LX on ebay for far less than the repair bill would be. eg:- a few weeks ago I bought a mint LX5500 with motorised stand, beolink 1000 remote & VX7000 video player/recorder for the grand sum of £32. I absolutely love it

I've been offloading my dead albatrosses at the cinema Chris.

I hate these gold products - except the BS1 which for some reason manages to carry off ostentation breathlessly. It'll be frets covered in Burberry next. Chris.

Hi Folke, thanks - I got your PM and left a reply. There was a problem with the PM system after the move to CS2008 but Keith Saunders has now fixed this - he's a seriously clever guy. Chris.
