I wouldn't worry about that, probably the easiest record decks in the world to access. Reassembly is a simple reverse of disassembly. Chris.

People are just plain lazy Nigel. I have lost count of the messages I get asking how much postage will be to whatever country they live in even though all shipping prices are clearly available if only they could be bothered to look. Chris.

Same for me Graham - I've never had one of these solenoids apart as I've never come across one that was ceased up. It should move very freely. Chris.

Were you using the Beomaster connected to the TV for sound using the TV speakers? If so I think the beomaster may be in the wrong option. You may need to reset it to option 1. Chris.

These turntables are adjusted mechanically re:- pick up set down. As a gold member you can download the service manual and the adjustment method is in there. You need to set the 7" parameters before you do the 12" ones. It isn't too difficult - even I have done it in the past Chris.
