Don't use warm water or the fabric will shrink. Handwarm - no more ! A cheap shampoo will be fine and leave to airdry afterwards (no hairdrier). If the fabric losens, and it usually does in a few places, you can reattach it with a bit of contact glue (evostick). Martin

Sounds like a nice project ! I currently have a pair of white design RL140's here. They have a silver line around the cabinets (where the more common black speakers have a red line). The straps read "RED LINE 140" in the same red as the others. Martin

Sounds like a problem with the lid switches. There are three switches in total. Look for a small shiny flat square leaf spring, apprx 3x6mm, that should sit in one of the switches. It's sometimes found lose inside. In other words, if you take off the bottom plate and flip the CD X over, keep something underneath to catch eventual debris falling

Still rare, maybe even a bit more so. Martin

Someone should really pick this up. There are not too many Beocenter 1800's around. Martin

I noticed elsewhere that Beoworld member "Nobby" (Neil) was looking for B&O repairs, worth contacting him. Martin

Probably burned coils then. They can still conduct current but will have expanded physically due to heat and then start to bind. Check those crossovers again. Please clarify if your speakers are Beovox MS150 or MS150.2 (Title says one thing, your first post another). The midrange drivers are not identical. Martin

They don't. Beovox S60 does not have the threaded holes at the back, needed for the 6017 stands. You will need the trumpet stands. Martin
