Correction; The speaker need to be newer than: 17772145
-
You will need to control them via the Beo4 remote. You need to turn them on and off, and adjust volume, you will also need a sync cable to go between the speakers, so that they syncronize the volume. If you buy used, a serial number older than 172XXXX will not work with the sync cable...

I think the display looked great, but couldn't really imagine it on a Beolab 5, 8000, or 3... The new speakers are clearly designed to lack a display. The pentas where as made for a display, the Beolab 5000 panels likewise.

Pretty cool, looks like the slot load on an iMac. The design could have been better, and without logos...
Just out of interest, are you going for the 'number of replies from one person in one thread' record? :)
Only if I get a medal.

Beovision 9.... No who am I kidding! My top three are: 1. Beolab 5 2. BS9000 3. Beolab 3

I do not wish to upset anybody now, this is simply my opinion... As to this "magic" thing you guys are talking about... I can't understand it. "Magic", and "religion" is for me very close to each other. And not be able to pinpoint what is so great with a product, other than putting the "greatness" of the product
