congratulations to all three of you on lovely set-ups wonderful how the B&O range can span decades and an enormous range of capabilities and yet everything looks so elegant and timeless

I have had no problem with LinkPlayer and the new iTunes 10 (I did have to remove the bundle plugin in iTunes -- did you see that thread ? => http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/t/35244.aspx perhaps you have this problem which crashes iTunes, not LinkPlayer)

welcome to BeoWorld. Yes, it can be done - and there are actually lots of these kinds of discussions in the forums. I know that I have interfaced my 6000s to line out signals. A check of the 8000 manual should tell you if they only take powerlink or they, like the 6000, have the additional line out/in connection. (I think there was a recent conversation
