As Brian says the Beolink passive DOES work correctly if you connect the Beovision 3 Powerlink output to it. The question I would ask is have you enabled the speakers in the Beovision 3, depending on which sockets you are using ?

There is no upgrade kit for the base station. The Beocom 6000 base is updated using a service tool connected to a PC which downloads the new software.

The headset socket is NOT included in the kit, just a plastic blanking piece in place of the socket.

Whilst, the Beo5 Configuration Tool no longer allows you to add icons to the number keys, they can still be added manually to your "Configuration.XML" file using an editor. To do this you need to edit the "Configuration.XML file with a text editor such as Windows Notepad, then search for any image pointer such as the one below which starts

I can confirm that in version 2.20 of the Beo5 Configuration Tool you can no longer edit or add icons to any of the numbers.

Actually, Bosscom provide some products to B&O and they are a wholesale distributor, so it is unlikely they will sell products in low volumes.
