  • Re: AV9000 link questions

Sorry, I don`t know what you mean by "other masterlink socket". My AV9000 got one socket for masterlink. There is another socket for the control center....You will need a masterlink junction box. Cut the masterlink cable and install the junction as described in the manual. Connect two ML cable. On the first connect your 1611 for the audio

Cinema output is a 9pin plug. Pin 6 - 7 are cinema out 1 - 2. Pin 5 is ground. You find this -and mre- information in the service manual of BS3 page 92 here on the manual site. You will need a special cable to connect the cinema outs of the BV7 with the digital inputs of the Lintronic box. Yes, Lintronic performs a macro and control all 3rd party products (or Beo products like LC2s). My hardware: BV7-40 MKIII, Lintronic -238, Hitachi TX300, 110" Cinescreen, LC2s, Lintronic relay board 108 (controlling blinds). Stefan

  • Re: AV9000 link questions

Yes, AV9000 must be videomaster. You will need the Beolink video 1615 for the LX. I had a similiar set up with AV9000 and 1610 for the BS7000 and 1615 for the MX4000 in a linkroom. Stefan

  • Re: Philips Pronto and B&o

I have no Pronto experiences, but why not use a Lintronic -238 box? The cinema function of your BV7 can control your projector, screen and light(?) just by pressing FORMAT 0 on your Beo4. My Hitachi projector and a Cinescreen are controlled in this way - works great. www.lintronic.dk Stefan

  • Re: Control curtains with Beo4

I`m using the Lintronic relay board 108 to control 14 blinds. For the blinds I got Somfy 24V motors via ebay, alu pipes, two 24V supplies direct from Somfy Germany and the drapery from Denmark. The blinds are controlled via Beo4s LIGHT color commands. More info: www.Lintronic.dk. Michael from Lintronic made a special firmware, so the blinds can also
