hebo: BTW.... It´s not too bad going just behind the snappy dressers..... The suits must be your bodyguards!

rayfenwick: I know the VCR is controlled via the TV (having no IR sensor itself) - does anyone know how the signals for remote get from the TV to the VCR? I am presuming via the SCART rather than the RF. Correct! Does this require a special SCART lead? No, just a fully connected SCART lead

TEL: I've had a Beo4 for about 15months and had to replace the batteries last month, I was expecting -battery- to be displayed - but as mentioned above the only indication was the text fading. Hm, the text will fade and the display will show "Battery" but you can´t see it because the text is fading! Maybe the warning should show

Thanks, Chris! Now I will start looking for a nice pair of grey 50´s and a Beolink Passive.
-
Thanks Keith! I will (if I can find a decent pair of CX) bring them in during the winter. Thereby the link eye will not be in use either. Another question about CX50/100: Do they need a bracket to be wall mounted?
-
I´m planning to place speakers in my veranda. BeoVox 1 would be good said my dealer, but how about CX50´s? It will be dry (under roof) but will they stand the winter? This is Sweden so -40 degrees C do happens. I could of course take them in during the winter, but rather not. Will the link eye for the Beolink passive stand the temperature

jandyt: Is this a railway worker looking for a distant train? Lee is on the left. The railway worker is Fridsten. To the left you´ll find me, Daniel. Both from Sweden.

Maybe it was the Samsung version?

Good writing, Andy! Great photos! Now I´m disappointed I didn´t arrive earlier to Struer!
