Probably older than 4 years as they are version 1. Bases look compatible though - 1st is the controller base, 2nd is wall-mounted charger, 3rd is table-top charger.
Juan is correct, I have a near identical setup. Mine is MkI version and must be just over 10 years old as they were bought when they first came

Guys Thanks for all your help and information. It all now makes sense. Pity about the "lipsync" issue but I suppose I will have to put up with that. I'll mute the TV speakers and rely on the others around the house when in "music/sound on the TV" mode. I do have another pair of BeoLab Pentas and I'll look into connecting
Time delay is necessary for all video sources to get "Lip-Sync" to the picture - audio sources don't need to be delayed.
Does that mean there will always be the delay when I try to play the TV/DVD/AppleTV in the main room and link room?
Option setting will "tell"

Hi all, I need a little bit of help with an issue I'm having with my setup. I'm experiencing a sound delay (or loss of synchronisation?) when using my link room. I have tried the Product Configuration Guide from this site but it doesn't cover my situation. My current setup is temporary while we have a major house remodelling so it is not
Does anyone know how to get the perfect crease? For that matter, how does one get the perfect cut, where the metal doesn't roll in the direction of the cut on the edge? If someone on this forum knows how this is done, it may be easy or possible to replicate spare mirror panels for the 4500's. - John
Guys, I don't want to take anything away from this fantastic project but have you thought of using Fablon or other makes (sticky backed plastic) to do the same task. Much less effort, not bugs sticking to wet paint, no overspray and if you don't like the effect take it off and begin again. There are all sorts out there, especially for car interiors

Hi, It has worked for me and at least two others in the link I posted so hopefully he will be in luck :o) Stoobie

I haven't tried this but the idea suddenly came to me today. I have a couple of BeoLink Wireless and they are OK-ish for connecting speakers but not 100% reliable as they cut out once in a while so I thought I might try this. I'm no electrician so I don't know about house wiring phases but it just seems a logical use of the plug in ethernet

Take a look at my posting in this thread & good luck. http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/p/36423/301956.aspx#301956 Stoobie

Have you thought of using the Masterlink to RJ45 cables and the ethernet plugs that plug into the house mains to extend your masterlink without running wires. Masterlink to RJ45 Ethernet Plugs Links just to give you an idea of what to look for as there are loads of plug in etehrnet adapters out ther. Stoobie
