Hi Théo Your BM3000-2 may have dirty switches or may need a capacitor kit. User Dillen can supply one of these kits with very informative diagrams showing where the capacitors go. If one channel is missing from all FM presets and the manual FM then it is most likely to be a capacitor problem. Regards Richard
