Trip, I'm not doubting what you're saying, and I'm certainly excited about B&O coming out with new stuff, but their TV strategy defies me. I love the idea of a complete TV with BS3 for well under $10K (i.e. the BV10), but how will B&O keep it from cannibalizing sales of the BV7? Also, they're now going to have three 40"

Phil, Thank you for your response. By "option 2", are you referring to the speaker choice? Mark

Affineur, You have a PM. Mark

And it's a plasma! I would have guessed that only a LCD or OLED could be made this thin (granted, 54" OLEDs are a little hard to come by). M

It would be great if the "enhanced" sound system not only included HDMI 1.3 and DSP, but also a coaxial digital output so that those of us trying to use the BS3 as an audio head in an A/V system could directly connect BL5s in the most advantageous manner. M

As always, TIA for any advice. Mark

I need to purchase another 32" BV8 (this one for my office); any news on when B&O might be considering putting a newer LCD panel (with higher flicker rate / LED backlight / etc.) in this TV? TIA, Mark

Affineur, Love the set-up. It's nice to see someone from the USA demonstrating their "B&O kit". I literally have the exact same B&O gear. Heck, even my cabinets resemble yours (though, mine are not as customized). The only difference in our set-ups is that I'm using a Cable DVR box rather than a Tivo and I'm using a desktop

I hadn't heard that. I'm using the original iPhone as well as the 3G iPhone to output to video. The iPods I'm using are the last generation Nanos (not the current generation). All these devices work well for me. I've come to see the iPhone as incredibly versatile when it comes to distributing video around houses, vacation houses, vehicles
