Note - if this is regarded as too "commercial" a post by a moderator, then feel free to remove with no hard feelings......... After a bit of trauma on the North West Freecycle sitetrying to give away some old CTV's (why would anyone ask for something they have no intention of ever collecting ?!?!?! ) - I wondered if any BeoWorlders would

Hi Based on your "down south" comment, can I assume your "up north" ? If so, andManchester is within reach, feel free to call in with your kit. No charge to look at them, we have the batteries in stock and the relevant jigs to do the software etc on site - and two batteries (fitted) isn't anything like £100 ( not here,

Simon, Our audio bench guy has c35 years of Beorepairing experience, so would be OK with this.....PM or call the shop...or just bring it in. Regards David

beaker: I had the scare of my life in the middle of the night last night. There I was happily away with the fairies when all of a sudden I was awoken by the most astounding noise. In my bedroom I have my Beomaster 6000 and my refoamed and recently recapped s80.2's. The BM6000's remote is a strange bit of kit with preset volume buttons for 10

Agree with the above - the sonos system works very well ( albeit with limits) but with a £10 subscription to Napster, you have (almost) limitless access to millions of songs. Apple gives you options to use B&O remote control ( subject to products owned and specific set up ) but sonos has its own dinky little controller, that also shows cover

Jandyt: I've said it before, and I'll say it again. If my Avant breaks down today, I'll immediately go out and get......... ....another! BV3 on it's stand must be the ugliest thing B&O ever made. I'm with Andy here - the AVant 28 DVD version is, imo, a very niced TV. Not too large/bulky , and an absolute classic. David

Mmmmmhhhhhhhhhh............Have we upset someone????????? looking briefly at the dealer locator on Beoworld for store locations in Manchester and lo and behold there isn't a mention of your good friends at King Street...........Lee ------------ What Gives?? Graham Dave Ian and Chris........

soundproof: [ If you buy a B&O speaker with acoustic lenses and go hunting for acoustic music, released by those artists who are still intent on creating musical nuance and dynamic listening experiences, then you're in for a treat I totally agree with soundproof here .....and happily there are still many many artists / labels / producers who

moxxey: [ I think 355f means that the dealer takes (approx) 40% and the other 60% of the TV cost is made to B&O - the cost of buying a BV7-40 from B&O, by the dealer. 40% !! I wish.........

Hello. Idont think B&O ever produced an "official" product. However there are third partys that produced shelves - (Not a plug for our shop guys) but we can supply - as other B&O shops can, give them a call! Graham
