• Re: Beosound 3 control problems

Indeed a recognized problem, your dealer should fix it for you without cost. B&O has actually stopped shipping BS3´s as a result of the faulty topplate. Good luck /Ehlerz
That would be great if it was a widescreen remote and had back lighting as well but could be a updated Beo4?
It looks almost exactly like the Beo5 except the wider screen /Ehlerz

It is a twoway remote, giving you the option to browse say your albums on BS5 with albumcovers etc. Furthermore, the screen is rumored to be widescreen which may add the possibility of watching tv on it like the new samsung. But then again, it could also be that the bigger screen is just to ease the browsing. /Ehlerz
My dealer told me space for memorycard. I could ask another dealer I know. I´m not greedy but no matter how many nice updates etc these products are not entirely new products! I´ve not been told anything about Itunes integration. Maybe a lower pricepoint but not the features in BM5. And I also hope I´m
From my dealer I´ve been told: BS5 "encore" BS5 without BM5. It uses memorycard / USB memory
Even though it would not surprise me if B&O has the "new" BS5 running on memorycards or USB sticks, i just cant imagine they can be that stupid in their R&D department . Its functionality

B&O deliberately sells something they know is flawed that pisses me off...
That's the key point: they don't. There were major Sky HD problems with the MKIII, which took many months to fix. They weren't "known" when they shipped the TV. They just became
You would not get this with a £200 LG tv,so why put up with it on a 9K + tv I would not,it should be working out of the BOX,thats what you payed for and should expect!..If something was wrong should be sorted or exchanged right away!
I agree, but exchanged to what? B&O never had a functioning BV 7-40

B&O SHOULD if any be ABSOLUTELY perfection..
I've had two Panerai watches, both around £8000 each, when times were a little better. Both have had to be returned to Panerai as they stopped working. One within two (!) weeks of purchase, the other within a year. I still

Hi Ehlerz, I don't often sit in complete darkness with it on to be fair...
Doesn't anyone? The problem I have is that if really go *looking* for issues, you'll find them. I believe that people become so hooked on absolute perfection, that they'll never be happy
