Maybe they'll change their policy if they are BeoWorld members?

An iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad can be used with ease for radio reception - preferably using WiFi, or 3G on the latter two. You need an app which receives radio, and there are lots in the app-store. I have one which I use to either listen directly on the iDevice, or to send it to any of my sound systems via AirPlay, using my home network. The B&O

Hmmm. The goal appears to have been to create a tricked-out Ford Escort look out of a Bentley? Why not just buy a Ford Escort?

Leave the cap in place, it's used for direct porting out of the signal. If you remove it, your speaker connections go silent. Use STBY/LIST on your Beo4 to access the additional menus, go to ADD, and add AUDIO SETUP if you don't have it already in LIST. Afterwards you can access AUDIO SETUP using the LIST button and make the adjustments you

Haven't read the article, but I am astonished by the zero-nada-zilch surface noise on my Beogram 4000. But they do have to be set up right. The reviewer probably didn't undo the transport screws, or the suspension didn't hang properly, allowing contact. What he thought was surface noise was probably noise transfer.

My only concern being whether the BeoSound he intends to use, which has an integrated cd-player, can be used in this manner. I'm using a Beomaster 7000, where the CD-coax is supposed

It really does wonders for the sound when the BL5s get space to work - I find that the bass becomes particularly involving and distinct. Here's a picture showing the setup with more light.

Here's my setup today. You can barely spot the Beomaster 7000 to the left of the television. All other equipment is inside the cabinet, and is controlled from the iPad. Music and video is stored on a NAS-unit in another room. I use the Beomaster infrequently, to play musicassettes using a Beocord 6500, or to listen to radio. But as I find myself

I have several sources going through that soundcard before going to the BL5. I believe that if you're just piping one signal, you might do with a straight conversion. However - you are going from the Core Audio, to a digital OUT conversion, to the Toslink Optical, to the Toslink/Coax conversion, before the signal goes to the speakers; and you could
