you can upgrade to a non DVD version 3D panel 2000 euros less than the in built DVD version. For the extra 2000 euros saved i would buy some 2nd hand BO speakers. Your MKIV screeen only version will definitely cost more than £1500 pounds. My MKIII version with BR was worth £2750 pounds in december 2011 so
By supporting Chinese made products you are supporting the system they have in place, factory owners in China and foreign companies getting rich off of workers getting paid some of the lowest wages in the world
Good luck with that quest. I guarantee you one thing: you won't change a thing. Consumers (British
opps...im an idiot...its a Mk1V i have , not an MK111. apologies....
I wouldn't bother. Seriously. I owned a MKIV for ages and traded it in against a BV10-46 (brand new). The BV10-46 has a slightly better picture, but it's very very marginal. I didn't upgrade for a better picture, but simply as I love
Hi, I read somewhere it is possible to upgrade my BV 7-40" (mk3..dvd, but not blu ray) to a higher screen spec and possibly even 3D? Im assuming this means replacing the actual screen?
You can simply swap out the BV7 panel for a new one (by "panel" I mean the entire upper unit, separate from the
£599...
I think that's a fair price. It's $799 in the States (about £520), but we have to take in to account 20% VAT. So, pretty equal, which makes a change. You do get a lot for £599. Seriously. It's s top quality product with superb sound. Best of all, moving around is simple

Just got back from my dealer - they received a couple of Beolit 12's this afternoon. My impressions: 1) The Chinese have made a right pigs ear of the top-quality rubber feel, the lovely non-touch controls and aluminum. Shame really. The outer cardboard box was very well made, but that was made in Denmark and shipped over. 2) The sound quality is
being a "B&O traditionalist" I get it and I got one. Beolit 12 was very easy to set up, very easy to use - very "full sound" - stable Wifi connection.
Good news :) I'll pop in to my dealer tomorrow to see if they have a Beolit in stock yet. Keen to see the audio performance (and poor
The 2015 date has yet to be confirmed.
Never said it was confirmed, but implied. The discussion was about producing FM radios in 2012. It's just a bit folly and short-sighted in my opinion. I think the Beolit's approach is good. Add FM support and you need to add more controls, scanning, an aerial and
@Moxxey: 'FM is due to be switched off in the near future' that is, with all respect, complete nonsense.
You live in the UK then? What is "nonsense" for you, might not be for us. See http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2009/jun/16/digital-britain-analogue-radio-switchoff Nonsense, eh? Funny. You
The Beosound 3 is equiped with a magnificent feature; FM-radio, which is available everywhere and very easy to use, and you don't need to bring a digital music-device witrh you like an iPhone...
True, but FM is due to be switched off in the near future and, actually, I listen to BBC Five Live on AM a lot, which
