Yes they are stainless and very easy/cheap to make. Its just the etching that is the problem.

If you have an older BL3500 you could use MCL cable to connect from the speaker outputs of the 4500 to the MCL connector on the 3500. I have just removed my BL3500 which was connected to a beolink passive amp in this fashion. I am sure Peter will correct me if I am wrong.

Your BM setting of 1.6 is a link room setting. Try setting it to option 1. What option is your TV set at?
