Why make things easy for yourself - delete your calculator app and use this instead! (I'm sure there are similar for those ibods among you)

If it is made in China it won't have the same apprenticeship schemes....................
Many years ago I completed a craft apprenticeship

Do I want a well built, stylish, reliable and desirable product...................... yes! None of the above requires it be built in any specific location, nor does it assume that Danish craftsmen are mystically more skilled or capable than any others. A lot of what has been mentioned on this thread is about being willing to pay more money for exclusivity
The problem is that when you outsource you lose control because it is not your factory anymore. Yes they can try to be stringent and to an extent get somewhat decent quality but the BS8 does not commensurate the cost. It is manufactured for the same cost as units 1/5 of the price yet sold at 5 times more...
Firstly
The Beolit 12 is getting some good reviews online. Here is one with some better pictures http://www.t3.com/reviews/b-and-o-play-beolit-12-review Think this product may even convince to get out my iphone and get it fixed
".............we can’t help but feel that the plastic design of the Beolit 12 makes

Hmmm (he said in a slightly underwhelmed way)! The functionality may be fine but I don't like the design at all - it looks like a wartime lunchbox or gasmask case! This means that everything from fridges and freezers through hifi, TV's, AV amps to even mobile phone chargers must reduce the overall or mean power taken from the mains supply. This particularly applies to things
