Maybe you can buy a full HD panel for it now ? I don't know but I thought other people here had done this http://www.morethanav.co.uk/ are advertising a BV4-65 that also had it's screen replaced for the same reason. So it can be done obviously. Good luck, I hope someone else can help more than me.
