I think you have the classic 2 - 0 setup. V.OPT 2 and A.OPT 0. BL1000: press SOUND - 0 - STORE and PICTURE - 2 -STORE. Beo4: Press Stdby and List at the same time, select V.OPT (arrow up) 2 and A.OPT (arrow up) 0. Your system will start in SPEAKER2 mode (front speakers) , if you choose an audio source and SPEAKER3 (center and front) in video mode. Hope

Every Beo CD player should be fine. They all have a 7 pin DIN plug and can be controled via your BM3300 with BL1000 or Beo4. CD3300,3500, 4500, 5500, 6500, 7000. Hope this helps. Stefan

Yes, will work. If you have the IR transceiver connected, you can control the devices connected to the input sockets. Will also work with passive speakers and an MCL2P. Stefan

Assuming your BS3200 and MX400 are masterlinked with a 1615 Beolink Video converter , connect the BL6000 to the audio system and try A.OPT 1 and V.OPT 1. This should let your BS3200 and BL6000 start up when pressing RADIO CD, A.AUX.... Choosing a video source - TV, DTV, DVD...- will activate the Beovision - BS3200 will stay off (standby). If you want

Yes I think you will need a new one. But the BL5 will have to be calibrated to the new speaker. There is an eeprom that has to be changed... (?) Hilsen Stefan

I`m afraid you are right. Do you notice the same noise if you (gently) press in the center of the speaker? And is there a similiar noise when playing music? I don`t know the price of the speaker but at one of my BL5s the whole electronics module was changed. Price was about 250 Euro (omkring 2000Dkr) Stefan

MCL2P is meant as a linkroom amplifier. It can not activated by powerlink. powerlink sends a signal (5V) on PIN4 to start a speaker, the MCL2P amplifier needs a signal on PIN1. Usually an MCL2P is activated by an MCL2A connected to the speakers sockets (they are the same as SPEAKER 2 out of a Beomaster). MCL2P will activate the Beomaster/Beosound connected
