well I stayed away from mentioning any fruit ! however it is difficult to stretch one's thinking outside the proverbial 9 dots we should steer clear of mentioning products (or any flavour) but just talk capabilities, wants and needs

That is lovely to hear. If there is/was an Australian equivalent I would vote for Tony McArdle who sold me my B&O 5000 in 1985, and my BeoLab 11 in 2010 in the week of his retirement. I wish him all the best after 25+ years of looking after B&O clients.
