Surely if there are potential copyright or ownership issues with a photograph/ posting the site owner has to protect himself by removing the item if he thinks there may be a legal issue. Most national on-line papers, for example, moderate anything you submit before they put it online. It's unlikely that this was a private photograph of a BV10 out

Just found McIntosh Liverpool address is registered office of distributor who is based near Chester. Found the UK price list here . WOW! Suddenly B&O seems so stylish and good value (although I bet those valve/ tube amps are really unbeatable for quality output.) Graham

Tom, 'mbee' reports the same issue part way down this thread. Looks like it's potentially an easy fix for B&O (in which case why not spot this issue before anything leaves the factory, and why hasn't there been a software update?) Graham (Still using Avant with perfect curtain timing!)

I'd really be interested in seeing this! I'm also waiting for someone to empty out the gorgeous BeoVision 5 and give it proper HD guts! It seems

My Serene phone originally came from B&O Dubai and so the dock had a two pin plug........ easily accomodated in the UK with a two pin adapter. However, when I decided to buy a travel adapter/charger in the UK, it came with a UK 3 pin plug. No doubt this has got something to do with UK electrical legislation, but surely a travel adapter with 3 pins

I have used personal Apple computers for as long as I can remember, with MS Windows on Dells and the like at work. My family are in a similar situation: PCs at work but Apples at home.(Although I am using a Toshiba Satellite as I type!) They all have iPhones as well. As far as computers are concerned, Apple Macs are far superior, and you can use OpenOffice

If Beotimes were made on the scale that Ikea makes furniture then maybe the Beotimes would be £60!
...and be sold as a plastic bag full of loose components, and a piece of solder wire just long enough to do the job
