Can't help w/ the disassembly... I think it is quite difficult, perhaps impossible at consumer level, but here is an old trick... DON'T USE THE PHONE! Bury it in a bowl of DRY white rice... leave it for a few days. The rice acts as a dessicant. ++++EDIT++++ This thread seems to validate that disassembly is done at the factory w/ special tools
