Just collected a faulty LX2502 today, the problem is there is no picture only sound. Really I only brought it as it came with a working BL1000. Well the TV is in mint condition so I thought I would take a look. When I removed the back and switched it on the end of the tube is glowing as it should. Been out all day colecting a faulty LX2502, so I have not had a chance to mess with it as yet. In reply tp you post Tony, the feet are in place and I have tried adjusting the bar at the front. This I thought may have been the problem as I removed it to respray the stand. With it fully adjusted I am left with the 5mm difference. It's was about 7

Has anyone who has owned an MS5000 motorized stand. Had one that was not quite straight. Just set an MX5500 up on mine an it slopes to the left hand side. Checked it was sittitng on the plate correctly, which it was. Removed the plate from the stand, and checked that. No problems there. In the end I measured two points on each side of the main body

Chris, the speaker in your link would fit I think. Although, you might have a strange coloured picture. They need to be shielded. Craig
