MCP6500 will work but you can do 90% of jobs with Beolink 1000. MCP = unreliable and eats batteries! Beolink 7000 = unreliable and expensive. Stick with Beolink 1000 is my advice!!

The BC9500 has a voltage selector switch at the rear. It may be covered by the removeable rear panel (held on by 2 screws)just above where the mains cable enters the unit. Simply select the appropriate voltage and replace the panel, chop the plug off of the cable and fit the correct one for your region. I have no personal experience with Beolab3 but

I use a Micro-Mesh kit bought on eBay Full instructions provided and they work!

I thought it would be the same one. When you hadn't responded in the couple of hours after the sale, the seller emailed me to see if I was interested in buying it!! I can probably sort you out with a plastic strip. PM or email me your phone number and we can sort it out.

Could be exactly as you describe if the cantilever/suspension has been damaged. Could have happened in transit or through clumsyness or could be as Dillen's post! The older I get, the more cynical I become!!

Or...........your customer has %&%^^ the stylus and is now being a smart ***!! Stranger things have happened. I have even had "Houdini" packaging and from an unopened box!!

It is a common fault. The glue deteriorates with age. You will find, on inspection, that the other three are beginning to lift also. It is impossible to achieve the original factory finish, in particular, the black patch of paint will never look the same. I have used two part epoxy such as Araldite with some success although the only proper solution
