I've never yet been able to control a Beomaster 7000 with an MCP5500 or such like. As far as i was aware, software is retrograde - so the later models control earlier ones, but earlier ones cannot control later ones..

I'm going out on a limb here, but i think it will only control the BeoMaster / BeoSystem 5500 !! At best, it can control the 5000 system as well, but i must confess i've never actually tried to do that. Lee
