It rather depends on the STB software fitted to your set. Turn on your TV by pressing TV. Then press Menu , scroll to Set up and press GO. Scroll to Connections and then you will get a list of which sockets are set to what. One should be set to STB(SAT). Highlight this and press GO and you will get a long list of STBs which can be used. Very similar as long as it is wall mounted. The MMC2 has a line contact stylus, not elliptical. I would try at 1.7g and then tune by ear. It will not damage the records - more damage is done by a mistracking cartridge. No timers in the BV10 - if I had not had the BC2, I would have had to pull out one of my older systems as my avant used to act as the master. Incredible decision.
