Your friend is a bit of a dreamer on the OLED front! I have heard the plans for a 7-52 were scrapped shortly after Kalle's arrival, but who knows? Anything could happen. I wouldn't be surprised if the BeoVision 7 is the last television to integrate Blu-Ray. I would rather have seen a BeoMaster 5 in it myself.

It's screwed in just like a BeoSystem 3 wall bracket (if you've ever seen one). Just unplug the cables and take it off. Nothing special. I did it once to steal BS3 in a pinch and didn't need to look at directions.

Based on recent history, I don't think you want an open door for Bang & Olufsen software to find a way onto your TV!

I don't think a Samsung makes sense when you have so much B&O kit in the rest of the house. Assuming Simon is going to link it back to the main gear, he'd be able to pull in audio sources and use the same remote for link and local sources. Better to invest money than waste it.
