I use a 50 Cm cable strip connected to the FM with an alligator clamp, works for me, but we have very good reception in my area, next step will be the rabbit ear and if that does not work, next step is an outdoor dedicated FM antenna.

Hi Gunther I have the BD 697/8, but they were solder side and with plastic strip. I dont find the 0R47, but the 2R143 left 0.39 ohms, as i have the Darlingtons and the big caps out i checked all 4 0.39 ohms and they give me 0.40 ohms so they should be OK. Diodes 2D19 to 2D26 measured on print seemes Ok, but will desolder one side and check again, will

I have the same problem, but its normal, movies has long pases with very low or no sound, that does it, the link cables keep the speakers online, so to say, all of time when your Beo is turned on.

My wife is getting the Beovirus, she gave me a new box for my multitester, the multitester she gave me for Xmas, it must be the virus. The box design must be something for Eugine and Rich as they are into designs like these
