Ich habe zwar keinen BV7-32 und auch keinen Mac mini (-mehr. jedenfalls nicht am BV7-40), aber ich habe auch die Funktionen MENU hold oder ENTER hold nie hinbekommen. Weder bei dem PUC Apple Remote, noch ipodremote, ipoddock oder Apple TV Australia. Geholfen hat dann eine Systemeinstellung unter "Energie sparen", bei der ich eine Zeit vorgegeben

Seems the link option is set to 0. If you have audio And video devices set L.OPT to 6. If only audio devices are connected L.OPT 5.
