Yep! I started the reply earlier and came back to it. Things move quick here on the boards!
Trip: Do you think you would sell more Loewe TVs than B&O? What is the general feeling of the American public towards B&O? If you could break it down a little, what are the main reasons people are drawn to the brand their? I am curious. Simon.
First, Soundproof you're exactly right. It's

We will not be building one. Aside from enthusiasts looking for a branded box (remember the DVD 1?), there is no reason for us to do so. The architecture of the BeoVision 7 demanded an upgrade, but it only works there as a value-add. If we were to start to build a stand-alone player, there would have to be some useful innovation beyond a Sony or Samsung

In our system (US), both are referred to as Yellow. The one that was released a few years ago is referred to as Yellow 2005. The original yellow, however, is the one whose color most closely resembles the BeoCom 2's color. I haven't checked recently, but it was still available as a spare part less than a year ago.

Peter, the numbers I've heard bounced around are about the range you'd be interested in. I haven't heard anything near $10k USD so this is definitely a solid mid-price offering. The PQ is supposed to be fabulous with a scaled down video engine versus the full-boat BeoSystem 3. My understanding is that the BeoVision 7 MKIV and the BeoVision
This looks good, doesn't it? The new Loewe Reference 52
The gear looks great! Of course, like Simon and others, probably doesn't meet my personal standards, but if Loewe were in the US I would probably open a Loewe Gallery! It's great to have another touchstone in AV electronics to compare my brand

Definitely '09. It's probably what everyone thinks it is at this point! Basically the handsets look like the Serenata and the BeoCom 4 had a baby. The handset is just the handset and the base will have either a simple charger option or a speakerphone option. The handset has a color LCD and it is docked facing the user like the BeoCom 2 as opposed

also bno have always been a serious hifi maker the biggest specialist in the world and 3rd largest speaker manufacturer at present so they must do something right
Who are the first 2???
1. Bose 2. Harman Group (Infinity, JBL, HK) 3. Bang & Olufsen And I'll again repeat
-
While I agree with Simon & Affineur that Bang & Olufsen is simply a better product for Our Audience, I give tremendous credit to Loewe for making a product with character. I continue to argue that raw numbers are objectively irrelevant and that the true audience for performance specs is smaller even than B&O's! What matters to most consumers

Is it supposed to imply that Loewes need constant adjustment? Maybe I'm not getting it.
