I do like it, but all those buttons EEEEK no. No thanks. And wi-..f..i? Whats that? When am i ever going to bother with that? This product is nothing like a B&o product. BS2 is still keeping me very happy.

Whoa, hold on. Does the Beomedia 1 not work with B&o CRT tv's (BV3)?! Only Beovisions with VGA in?

G'day Steve, how long have you had it? Well i'm not sure how the exchange rate goes at the moment, but the most i will pay for a used BM1 is AUS$1600, so i'm not really looking for a mint or as new item, as long as it works (it will work fine in this country). :)

Well you may have different taste to me, the BL9's are superior in every way, the way they look really touches a nerve with me - i love the design. BL2 is the clumsiest subwoofer i've ever heard. The only thing it's good for is making lots of noise. Senseless to me! PS i thought the BL9's top was zinc? Avus 17, tell us, what music do

I think aesthetically with the BV9, if you are keeping the 8000's, the 4000's will be perfect for this setup, get some black frets for them and it will look perfect! (in fact i have a mint pair of black frets i no longer need - if your interested) If you want to buy BL3's, they'd be nice dining room speakers...

Jandyt: If you do decide to use 4000s for the center, I would think one would suffice. here here... what screen are you thinking of? If you do have the $$$$, definitely recommended that you go for a BeoLab 7-1 or 2
