Well I know the speaker switch thingy that Andy has uses Shift, Phono then 1 - 12 to select between up to 12 pairs of speakers. Can't think what else uses 4 pin DIN sockets. Are there any connections on the other side? Craig
They look like powerlink sockets ... but they are not ... some strange 4 wire interface.
4 pin DIN, like an MX stand? Craig

As you say it's a dealer item, I would say a remote mains switch. So only one piece of kit is powered up. Stops all the items turning on at the same time. Probably before dealers had the range reducers for the remotes. Craig

Very nice project, looks great. Much better than havimg the shelf on the top IMO. Craig

Nice work John, like your little resistor friend BTW. Craig

Thank Mika, great thread. Looks like all Redlines are pretty much the same inside. Craig

Derek, I take my hat off to you. Don't think I would even start to attempt a job like that. Craig
Don't you think that BL10 look little odd beneath this huge screen ? For me looks silly ....
That is what I thought too. Perhaps B&O decided not to make a bigger speaker as it would not go with the smaller screens. Craig

My top three would be..... BL5 BL9 BS9000 Craig
