• Re: Sausalito Audio
Didn't realise he was in "Fame" too ( I'm gonna live forever.........) etc.
Puncher, Are you referring to Moulton going to Juilliard or did I inadvertantly make a joke? My Fame trivia isn't what it used to be, but given the correlation between humor and intellegence I would never be caught

  • Re: Sausalito Audio

Well B&O basically lease the ALT technology from Sausalito Audio which was founded by our own Dave Moulton. Maybe he can share something about his new product.

  • Re: What is your favorite watch?
These are really cool too! So how do they make sure the watch stays on your wrist in a fight? Do they give you a crash-course of Krav Maga?
The bracelet is screw-locked preventing the watch from being torn off the wrist in the event of a strong impact or while being manhandled in a hostile struggle. Krav Maga

  • Re: what goes into bang-olufsen' 100hz processing compared to other brands?
Could it be Pixelwork instead of Pearlwork? If I use the number you named, I can only find Pixelwork as the design firm. (http://www.pixelworks.com/#about_us)
Yes.
Just treated myself to one of these.. I've been after one for a while. Number 10 of 1500.
I don't look at watches often but just yesterday I found myself at the Panerai website looking at your new watch. Well I certainly can't get it NOW! :)

  • Re: BeoTime has Landed!

Congrats Beaker! Can't wait for your review. I've got a bunch of frequent flyer points to burn if you need a house guest to wake up in the mornings.

  • Re: Sharp LED-LCD better than B&O-plasma ?

    I like (and might prefer) B&O LCD for video games and HD Sports and news. But for cinema the BV4 Plasma is still tops. If someone couldn't tell the difference I might say to just get the LCD for practicality. This is all subjective of course, but before this thread gets too out of control let me just state for the record that I'm right!;

  • Re: Leica M9 is coming 9.9.09.

I can't say that I'm surprised, but at the same time I'm completely surprised. I haven't heard a thing about it and it wasn't that long ago that they were trying to get us to upgrade to M8.2. Personally, I was holding out for the M8.4 ;) Well my wife has been eyeing my M8 lately. Now here is a way for her to get it.

Count me in Lee. My house is in full swing in the mornings and our Linkroom/Bedroom is up for the challange. I also feel up to the challenge of testing both 24h time and the new 12h time as well;)
I have visited Atlanta many years ago and found it a wonderful city and very friendly
