Well, what do you mean that it loses it's memory? The Beo4 is very rarely the culprit in cases like this one. How old is your 9000, and what is it hooked up to?

Stuart, 1) Good question, our early demo/display unit was shipped to us from Struer, and the carton labels make no mention of CZ 2&3) MSRP in the US is $7,105.00USD for the BV-10 with the tinted/treated glass, and NOTHING else. The advertised price will be $7675.00USD which will include a speaker grille, and the wall bracket, but no remote control

Your guess is correct, the PUC if for the Xbox only. My impression is that the DVD controller for the 360 is RF, not IR. Russ

Try setting the Video Option on the Avant...oh, and pull mains power for 2-3 minutes and plug back in.... (just to satisfy that nagging voice in my head.)

As odd as this will sound, in my experience you are better off using the composite video and S-video connection from most STB's to the Avant/US and relying on the internal video processor. If your satellite box will output a 480i 16:9 signal, try that and report back. No, really.
