I have disabled the analogue tuner as I receive digital signal from a cable provider.. and thus I don't use the TV button on BEO4 - is it possible to change settings on my 7-40(mkIV) so DVB-HD will be moved from DTV to TV?
No, unfortunatly that it not possible. You can only change it for external sources

That sounds weird. But I remember having some trouble with dvi connection on my old BV 7-32. I remember it took some tweaking before i had it working. Had to connect, reconnect. take out mains on tv etc. And usually after a while, i had it working. Have you tried different orders in turning computer and tv on? Sometimes it only worked if i turned on

menu- other options( or similar) - connections - av1(as an example) - source PC and hdtv DVI-I. That should do the trick! Let me know if it works out. /Ehlerz

That is correct, unless there is somekind of HDMI to Scart adapter available. /Ehlers
hi, a camarade in the beo mac section suggested that the bv7 might be capable of translating an incoming hdmi signal (e.g. from a mac mini) to an analog signal and distribute it to link rooms. is such a thing possible or has some spell cheated my eyes ? - scott
Hi, I saw it to, however I am pretty sure that

So I still have issues with 24fps material on my 200 hz panel. Does no one have say an external blurayplayer or a PS3 hooked up for watching 24fps material on their MK V? Thanks in advance. /Ehlerz EDIT: Brought my Mac Mini to my dealer today and hooked it up to both a BV 10-46 (200hz) and a 7-40 MK IV with latest SW (He had no MKV). 24fps material
Hope this might be worth a separate thread. I learnt from the dealer conference thread that a Beo6 is coming which is completely puzzling to me, when B&O have clearly brought in some XCode developers to build C+ apps that run on iOS. The ideal Beo5 replacement would be a package of hardware/software - like TomTom

BV 4-85 will have a 3D screen, probably because Samsung cant deliver a non 3D in that size. Because of this, it will be interesting to see if this will still be powered by the old BS3. Does 3D not require HDMI 1.3? /Ehlerz
I thought b&o used panasonic plasma screen? [/quote
What about B&O aproach to the 3D Market? Their LED Panel supplier is one of the leading in 3D technology so it would be logic to have B&O following. Also one of the compatitors in terms of design LOEWA already offers 3D technology.
BV 4-85 will have a 3D screen, probably because Samsung cant deliver
