I generally think you get much better sound improvements by changing your furniture or carpet that making speaker changes. That's why for most people you're better just picking a good brand (to guarentee a fairly good standard) and then just choosing what looks best. That's why I choose B&O over Bose and the 1980s stuff over other periods

I now have my Mac Mini hooked up to my projector, BeoSystem 5500 and all controlled with a wireless keyboard which includes a touchpad. When I have some cash in a few months, I'm going to buy that hard drive and rip all my TV programmes from DVD to it, even if just to clear up some shelf space.

I mentioned it to a friend earlier this evening and he recommended that because nearly all the work I do is in my living room, I should just buy a Mac Mini, hook it up to my AV setup and get a wireless mouseand keyboard. I half agree with it actually, seeing as it's the same spec as a basic Macbook and I don't really have the use for a laptop

Just recently my Black Macbook has started randomly shutting down. I took it to the Mac shop and they wre recommending a new logic board. At £400 I don't blame them (they are a business after all) but fromwhat I've read on the internet, that doesn't always fix the problem anyway. I'm sure that it's in some way temperature related
