I have recently had my Beocom 5 upgraded to the latest version of the software to resolve a number of problems including getting a loud static noise (sounds like "chrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ") and then the line dropping dead. Can anybody help me? My BEO5 remote was working fine controlling my V+ box, now almost none of the buttons work - if I press 'home' twice it will occasionally bring up the V+ menu page. I created a bitmap from a photo using microsoft paint with the size attributes of 100 width by 75 height in pixels and saved it in the logo location of the installation. I'm assuming you have the configuration tool, you can then select the logo. I created a few fun logos for the TV, for my camera and Virgin media mainly by searching Google images
