According to the service manual, the part number for the woofer is 8480259. I would try calling a different B&O store and tell them you'd like to order or get the price on that part number. Then you can replace the woofers yourself. Also, any B&O store should be able to order the wall bracket for you. Austin

Yf Yin, did you happen to buy it from a seller named Panther? He often fixes up and re-sells the older B&O cd players. I haven't heard of him trying to scam people though. I'd give him some time to respond to your problems. Austin

Polishing wouldn't be practical. If you really wanted to, you could remove the aluminum sections and send them to a place that chromes automotive parts. They'd be familiar with the process, and the speaker owner wouldn't have to worry about the details such as those beocool provided. This would probably cost less than having B&O do a

I think its a bad idea. When you're talking about business, you can't let your passion for the brand be your driving force. If it were a 'widget' brand, rather than B&O, and you saw that this widget company was in the same current state and financial situation as B&O, would you be as eager to open your widget store? colinhtucker: Any thought on the level of challenge of rewiring 240v for 110? I obtained an extraodinarily well-priced pair of 6632 at an estate sale (some cosmetic issues to the case, but the drivers are pristine, and the amps light up green when connected).
