I have US Avant and it should work. Is your Iphone outputting 480p. It must be 480p or you will not have video.

Interesting conversation. My two cents here: I have an Avant which by todays "standards" is yesterday's technology, yet I think it produces a fantastic picture and a vast array of connections. It may be a cable issue, but it's certainly not limited to the Scart connections. I have the same problem on a US Avant. No Scart connectors here. I can sometimes hear my Tivo when listening to my AppleTV and visa versa. If I unplug the Avant from the power outlet for a few minutes, the problem generally gets resolved. I personally don't think

You will be able to control the ATV if you add a Lintronic unit. I did, and it's great.
