I am sure B&O could do a factory tour for 50 - but if you get anything like what Lee and I experienced earlier this year, that would be impossible. B&O seem to be particularly friendly towards BeoWorld at the moment and I am sure that it will be a very special trip. I am sure there will be future trips for those
Hi Stefan, I do not have a clue but I would rather say it is what it is. There might be some reasons we all do not know.
Thanks for reply. But I am not quilte sure, whether it Will anser my questions..... Stefan

As said, the 9 pin connector is not a RS232 socket. There are two open/close contacts. See BS3 service manual. You can control 3rd party products via a Lintronic box that is triggered by these contacts. See also earlier threads about Cinema control. Stefan

You cannot connected a projektor to BV7 via RS232. The 9 pin connector ón the back of your BV7 is a cinema out control for third party products. Supported projektors - Samsung, SIM2 (not outdated) - are controled via PUC (IR - ón/off). I recommend to connect a Lintronic box, that controls the projektor, motor screen, light, curtains. I
I think I have just found the control module the lady was talking about http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/180746658328?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 The item is stated as being very rare?
No. It`s the "normal" Beolink IR eye. Stefan

I have a BL7000 incl. LCS7000 with a BC9500 and BL5000 in a linkroom and a second BL7000 on a floor stand in another linkroom.
I have them all in one box x2
My experience is that more than one BL7000 in a single room makes no sense, because they start "talking"

No updates recently Lee? Or have you gone to my Spam? I did get the list of the rooms and prices, was that the last update? Really looking forward to this trip!!!
Just for the record, the trip is 100% ON - no doubts at all. I've got the info i needed from B&O, and when

If you are talking about a Beo5/Beo6 - yes. I`m controlling my BS7000 in a linkroom with Beo6. If you are talking about connecting BL5 to BS7000 - yes. Sounds great with BG CD7000. CD7000 got a digital output that can be directly connected to BL5s. I had that setup some years ago. Stefan

Nidul, what do you mean by Aychia, don't know that B&O part?
Attyca, maybe?
Hi Stefan, The system I am buying does actually come with a set of RL 60 I think they are passive speakers. So does that mean when it is all hooked up together
-

a floor stand with charger or the wall mount
with charger.
The wall mount for BL7000 actually includes a charger and an ir eye. Looks similiar to the ir eye of Beolink active. Add an extra speaker kit and a pair of passive speakers - maybe Red Lines.... - and you have link
