It works with the beo4, but using the numeric keyboard from the beo6 doesn't work...
Have you tried using the UP and DOWN keys on the Beo6 to select the pin code numbers instead of using the numeric keys ? Also, had you selected source Radio or CD on the Beo6 prior to entering the pin code ?

Sebastien, A Beocom 5 can be connected to BeoLine PSTN, BeoLine 1 or BeoLine 2 base units. A base reset can ONLY be done using a phone connected to the Beoline base. If you don't have at least one phone connected and working with the Beoline base you cannot reset the pin. Do you have at least one phone connected and working with your base ?

The first product to support the functionality of the new Beo6 firmware is the BeoSound 5 with BeoMaster 5. The following are the key features implemented so far:- Support for two-way sources Support for 12 languages XML version displayed on Choose products. When you click on the B&O product the version is shown underneath the product image Bug

I will answer your next question before you ask it.. QUESTION -- How do I switch a Beolab 3500 from Masterlink to MCL (Master Control Link) and back again ? ANSWER -- To use the MCL if the unit is currently set to Masterlink you need to enable it via a service menu command. To get into the service menu to switch between ML & MCL press MENU then
-
Yes, you can.. However, the Beolab 3500 by default are switched to Masterlink as the MCL was only marketed by B&O in the early days when it was called an LCS9000 and set to default for MCL. The Masterlink and MCL in the Beolab 3500 cannot be enabled at the same time, it's one or the other.

Edouard, I fully agree with the answers provided to you in this thread, but would make clear the following points so that there is no misunderstanding:- The Beo5 and Beo6 CAN control 99.9% of third party products DIRECTLY PROVIDED an XML control file has been made for that 3rd party product. B&O has a policy of ONLY supporting 3rd party products
