I am a bit behind as far as formats. I use a windows machine. So is WMA the best? haha I really have no idea! But I am tired of being restricted to the Apples.
All lossless file formats are the same when we speak of quality (i.e. they are all "lossless", so no loss compared to each other or compared to

I'd like to add, that if you want the best audio quality, avoid turntables and passive speakers. LPs are really crap audio wise (smashed stereo image, signal to noise ratio, static, booming etc.), avoid tube amps which is in the same realm of hyperdistortion, and last but most important for the most of us, do not choose passive speakers or "powered"

I don't see a problem with that. I have been using Squeezebox Duets for ages. It's the same sort of thing, only Squeezeboxes aren't powerlink-enabled. With powered speakers, wireless streaming is gold. For my monitoring it's wired, though, as the latency in wireless wreaks havoc on precision and speed.
The stock market seems to really like the CEO change? The share price is up 8.82% this week and 19.35% this month? What do they see as so positive?
I am as dumbfounded as you are. I have a hard time finding anything positive about this. Perhaps they're responding to Tue being younger? Or perhaps it's just

They need to learn how to choose and use a microphone for the job. Especially in a noisy setting a short shotgun microphone pointing in the right direction would have made the audio so much better without a need to dub a native English speaker to English. Of course, they could use microports or ordinary mics, but that quickly gets cumbersome when doing
I find it simply staggering that the Encore, which will be wifi equipped, will not implement two way communication/display artwork etc.
Yes, but it plays very well into my thoughts on that other thread where I talk about how B&O seem to do something half arsed and abondon things halfway there. One can only
