I am surprised that your dealer would not install and set up your lab5's. I use two dealers one in Dublin and one in Nimes and both are great at calling out for even something as simple as delivering a new bc2.

Graham,I am sure you have forgotten more than I know about B&O equipment and repairs. I can only read posts about problems and fixes with equipment I have never seen or heard. How can I post about stuff I know nothing of and to that end I do not post much. I respect and enjoy the way a small pool of regulars (you included) help the great unwashed

Wow, that is dissapointing ! I bought a bc 6000 a few hours ago only because I would need a software upgrade with my 3 other bc's. I had considered the bc 5 but for the cost of the phone and upgrades it just made no sense. Get another 6000 in lieu of the 5 on Tuesday, they are great phones.
