I had the same idea as my Beo1 couldn't be changed into Beo4 mode, but I couldn't figure out how to get the thing disassembled.... If you have pictures / a descripition, that would be really helpful. I just sold my Beo1 3 weeks ago, I think I have to find another one if that works.... regards Stephan

" If you don't want to keep it - you'll have to pay for new packing - there is nothing wrong in it " I don't see it that way, at the cost of the B&O products, I expect this as a goodwill or service from your dealer. Mine told me a BL8000 packaging is 20 Euros but in the same sentence he said that they don't charge it. Its

I don't know if its different with your dealer but I can call mine and ask for the original packaging. Did this as I sold a pair of BL8000 without having the box and he gave me a mint packaging even without any charge... Regards Stephan

Yes it can be controlled with the Beo 4 as it uses the same codes as the old mini. The only thing that stops me from buying it is the possibility of HDCP implementation into the HDMI port. If there is HDCP in the port, some contend cannot be played. rgds Stephan

Its like in the picture shown above, you can clearly see the sensi touch contacts on the surface. It looks like there is a normal piece of glass above a dark surface. I once had a perfect BL7000 with SW 3.1 and I sold it (i could bite my a** if I could reach it...) so I know how it should look like. Lesson learned, I try to explain him that I'm

The seller didn't describe the issue with the display. He showed 2 pictures of the remote that were taken in natural sunlight and the display looked like it arrived. For example, if I look at the screen of my iPhone in the sunlight, I can also see the ambient light & proximity sensor due to the brightness of the light. Anyway this fault wasn't

I guess it must be direct and long exposure to the sun. If I check the silver end of the BL7000, the "Bang & Olufsen" sign is without any color, shouldn't this be engraved and the letters painted in black? If so, the cleaning theory could be one possible reason.... I asked the seller for feedback regarding this issue, lets see what

Hi there, I recently bought a Beolink 7000 for a fair price and recieved the item today. Unfortunately there are 2 cosmetical issues: - The "sensi-touch" buttons are visible! It looks like the paint has gone off/away and the whole magic of the BL7000 is gone! Just look at the picture, this was done without a flash in a dark room... Is the

@PaulWinn: the beolab 5 speaker is purpose built, where form follows function and that explains the shape of the speaker. If you look at the design studies you will realize that the ALT technology gives not much room for another design. I think they did a great job in designing speakers with that performance that don't look like conventional speakers

I own my Bs9000 for almost 10 years now and it went to the service one time (4 years ago). I was told by the service technican that it depends where the BS9000 is placed and how the overall environmental conditions are. He showed the old laser unit to me and compared to the new one, the old one was really sort of "blind" and I experienced
