HeKoch, you can easily buy an HDMI expander box... Leo

What is so ghastly about this orange? With a modern, bright and colorful interior (with pieces from say, Ligne Roset), the orange might go quite well. I have actually put down a deposit for an orange BV 10, and am thinking of pairing it with white BL 9's. Someone tell me if this would look good or if my design sense has completely run amok. (There's

Would someone be able to scan the BV 10 page in the new catalogue? I got the 2009/10 USA catalog last week and unfortunately it doesn't have the BV 10 in it. My dealer says it won't arrive until April or so next year. Thanks, Leo

Thanks for the response Elephant. I think I understand what you mean. If I want the CX-100's to be independant of the BV 8, I should connect them to the Ouverture. In this case, should I sever the masterlink between the BV 8 and the Ouverture? If I connect the CX-100's to the BV 8, then the speakers could serve as "extras" when watching

Hi all, I think I know the answer to my question but wanted someone to confirm. I have an Ouverture masterlinked to a BV 8 without separate speakers. In the closet is an old pair of BeoVox CX-100's, which I'd like to connect to the system. For my purposes, would all of these products be appropriate? Also, would I connect the amp to the Ouverture

The BV10's wall mount isn't motorised - that's true - but the floor stand is. Leo

Hey guys, is it possible to order the TV without any stand, and just lean it against a wall? Various interior designers tout this as an interesting and modern way to decorate: lean mirrors or large picture frames against a wall... I wonder if this would look good with a BeoVision 10. It would certainly solve the "stand is too far off the ground"

Hey Jonnie, Quim is right. On the Beo4 hit LIST until it displays AV (if you don't have AV, program the Beo4 to add it to the list), followed by Radio or CD. Works like a charm on my system. When you want to go back to XBox audio, hit TV or whatever button you normally select again. The screen might black out for a second or two while it re-adjusts

If mounted on the floor stand, hiding wires is a reason why the lower stand of the BV5/9 would be an advantage over the taller one fitted on the BV10 (setting aside aesthetic opinions for the moment). Wires coming out from behind the TV would be less noticeable. Leo

Thanks Lee for such an incredibly detailed report and the new photos! I for one agree with you that the floor stand seems too high and looks awkward. Hopefully STB or B&O will come up with a more BV5/9-esque alternative. Festive/designer speaker covers - hmm, never thought of that application but hey seems like a good idea. A couple issues ago B&O
