Hi Everybody! Sorry for the late reply. We take Holy Week here in the Philippines rather 'very' seriously. :D Yes, this is getting to be a bit confusing. Let me try out the 'multimeter' test first just to check if the line is good (it's rather long at around 12 feet!). Then i'll do each of your suggestions one after the other

@birgerbum Uhmm... last portion of your reply.. do you mean 2pin (middle of the din connector) and not 5? Also, the cable is only 3 core i think (1 red, 1 white, and 1 uninsulated outer copper wire). How do i do it as per your suggestion? @geearr So you mean the innermost connector in the minijack should lead to pin2 instead? (right now it's the

After reading one of the posts here, i noticed something odd. With just the connector (bare without plastic) and setting AUX or Tape2 to low volume, i used a piece of wire to 'touch' one or two terminals (i.e. number 3 and 5). Apparently, either of those that i touch, i just hear scratching/humming on ONE speaker (the right speaker). I was half

Hi! I just received today the B&O 5pin Aux to iPod connector that i'd like to use for my Beocenter 9300 and iPod Touch. I'm just wondering cause i just tested it now and the sound only comes from one side (right side). The sound integrity is excellent however but it's only coming from one speaker. I already tried other players (another

Hi everyone! Any idea as to whether i can use an ACTIVE sub along with the Beovox CX100s in my Beocenter 9300? Thanks! :)

Hi everybody. Yes, i just ordered my surround foams from a supplier i found in London, hopefully they arrive soon. As of now, i'm also looking for a good second-hand B&O subwoofer (just to be purist), but i'm also looking into other brands (like Mordaut Short and JBL which is widely available here in the Philippines) but my problem is they're

Hi! I'm more than willing to gut my Beocenter 9300 and add an iPod integration module (I actually think it'd look swell) :D What i was thinking of though is that the iPod remains upright - meaning the tape sliding cover remains open when the iPod is being used. If anybody can point me to where i can order and buy the module and also some people

My mistake, we actually do have ONE B&O outlet here in the Philippines, right smack in the center of the business district - Makati City. :) I'll check them out when i have the time but i don't think they'd be too happy to help with my outdated setup (and the fact that i got it second-hand and aftermarket). Heheh :D

Hello everybody and thanks for the warm welcome. Didn't expect to get this many replies in half a day. :) Yes, I did get quite a bargain for the system. My friend was telling me he's been eyeing the iPod Touch for quite sometime and told me he hasn't been using this system (about 5 times only in his recollection) in the 7 years since his

And i apologize in advance if my question is rather stupid. I'm not really an audiophile and i just got this Beocenter unit from a friend who need some money. I've heard of B&O's before (and how expensive they are) but i would have to admit i got this unit dirt cheap (around USD200 only!) and the only thing wrong are the foams on the
