My setup worked perfect for many years. But recently my computer broke down and I had to by a new one. I am running the new one with Windos 7. When I try to install BeoLink PC2 Version 3.10 I get following message before I am able to plug in the USB "An error occured during USB driver setup" Has anyone expirence with this problem? I already tried the restore function on my computer. BUT: I also tried it on my laptop. Without sucess. Now I will focus on the box. As I can remember, the dealer who installed the system had problems with the box. (I think he replaced it that time) NEXT STEP. I will bring the box to the B&O dealer. And try it there again. Thanks for your infos, YES I tried other USB Ports, without sucess. I will try the box with another computer (Laptop) today If it works on this, I at least know that the box is still ok.

Deinstalled all B&O Software Deinstalled all USB connections and restarted my computer. Then I tried it again. But still no change. at the point - connect the Beo Port box to the mains - connect the USB cable between your PC and Beo Port contiues automatically when the above instruction has been performed nothing happens.
